1. I read the Anita Roddick news on the wikipedia. I think the news is talking about people's social responsibilities. as the news said Anita Roddick like recyling so for herself this part she is already making the contribution to the world. however, not just that, Anita Roddick open the body shop, and i think body shop is doning thing which concern about people's health issue, more important is that when Anita Roddick is succeed she didn't just concern about herself but also the others and i think that's why she is doing the charities and helping the poor people.
2. for western people when i do business with them the time issue is an very important part. they don't like people being late however for Morocco people they cares more about people's relationship so if i will do the business with Morocco i will try to build an good relationship with them first and than talk about the business.
3. i think the coca cola and pepsi cola stands for the knowledge management. these two companies are the two competitors. so i think how they can success in their competition is alway keeping update their knowledge their maketing techniques. and i think nowadays more people are like coca cola even the pepsi tasting is better than coca cola. because coca cola's market is good, my experience is that in my parents restaurant, before we use the pepsi and now we use the coca because the bonus of the coca is better. if we purchasing the coca a large amount the give us free mineral water and discount however the pepsi doesn't have so much. so i think pepsi and coca should all keep updating their maketing techniques so that they can succeed in the market.
the other thing is about the culture management. how coca cola and pepsi have to do the advertisment is different countries. do not make the mistake like pepsi's advertisment, because chinese do not do bow when they are greeting.
4. i think the DCT Alumni online system is also an knowledge management but different with pepsi and coca. the DCT alumni online system is talking about how we can keep the knowledge while the pepsi and coca cola is talking about how we update the coca. DCT developed the Alumni online system, even the student left the DCT they still can keep in touch with DCT and leave their mind in DCT. As i know before we have a student called Joe even now he has left dct, he is a smart guy, he gave lots of student help but now he left. if we don't have the alumni online system we may not find Joe anymore but now we have the system so when we need help or discussion with joe, we can find him.
5. i think the dockswiss project impressed me a lot, what i mean is not i doing the project the jsut the process and the time i spend there give me lots of knowledge. during all the procee my creative ability hasn's been used and developed (personal feeling). and i also got an idea that in the future when i have the business i also can have the coropertation with university student. and i think chinese university student is lack of real business practise and experience and this is one reason that some university student can not get a job when they graduate. and if i coroperation with them not only i can get value but also student can be better off.
